Terms & Conditions of the JoggAI AvatarX Challenge

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The JoggAI AvatarX Challenge (the “Challenge”) is sponsored by JOGG PTE. LTD. (“Sponsor”). The official platforms for the Challenge are TikTok and X.

2. Eligibility

This Challenge is open to individuals worldwide, aged 18 or older, excluding residents of territories where participation is prohibited by law or subject to export restrictions. Entrants are solely responsible for ensuring participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. Sponsor makes no representation that participation is lawful in all territories.

3. Challenge Period

The Challenge begins on August 29, 2025, at 12:00 AM EDT and ends on September 18, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDT (the “Challenge Period”). Sponsor reserves the right to extend, suspend, or modify the Challenge at its sole discretion, without prior notice. All entries must be received during the Challenge Period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

On TikTok
  1. Follow @joggai_official, share the launch post to your Story & drop a comment!
  2. Create a video between 10–45 seconds in length using AvatarX and JoggAI feature only. (no external editing tools).
  3. Include in the caption: “@joggai_official #JoggAIAvatarXChallenge #JoggAICreator”.
  4. Tag @joggai_official in your video.
  5. Entry Limit: Maximum 2 entries per day and 10 entries total.
On X
  1. Follow @jogg_ai on X.
  2. Repost the official launch post.
  3. Post a video between 10–45 seconds generated with AvatarX and JoggAI feature only.
  4. Start your caption with “@jogg_ai #JoggAIAvatarXChallenge #JoggAICreator”.
  5. Tag @jogg_ai in your post.
  6. Entry Limit: Maximum 2 entries per day and 10 entries total.

5. Submission Requirements & Disqualification

Entries must be original works created by the entrant. By entering, participants affirm they have all necessary rights to their content. Submissions may be disqualified if they:

  • Fail to follow the entry steps listed above.
  • Use third-party copyrighted material without valid license or authorization.
  • Contain NSFW, violent, hateful, political, or otherwise inappropriate content.
  • Show evidence of fake engagement (e.g., bots, purchased likes/views).
  • Use external editing tools beyond AvatarX and JoggAI feature.
  • Submit materially identical or duplicate content beyond the entry limit.

Entrants may use royalty-free or licensed music, provided they hold valid rights. Proof of license may be requested.

6. Winner Selection & Judging

At the end of the Challenge Period, eligible entries will be reviewed by the JoggAI team (the “Judging Panel”). Winners will be announced by September 30, 2025, via JoggAI’s official X and TikTok accounts.

Judging Criteria:
  1. Creativity – originality, unique storytelling, and expressive content.
  2. Virality – engagement, reach, and shareability.
  3. Performance – effective use of AvatarX for emotions, memes, music, or narrative.
Category Notes:
  • Most Viral: Awarded to the single entry with the highest verifiable view count by the end of the judging period.
  • Grand Prize, Best Meme, Best Music Video, JoggAI Team Pick: Selected by internal JoggAI staff based on creativity and brand alignment.

Potential winners will be notified via Direct Message (DM) from JoggAI’s TikTok&X official account and must respond within 48 hours to confirm. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

7. Prize Breakdown ($10,000 Total)

  • Grand Prize (1): $4,000+ 1 Year Creator Plan + JoggAI Partner Contract
  • Most Viral (1): $2,000+ 1 Year Creator Plan
  • Best Meme (1): $1,000+ 6 Month Creator Plan
  • Best Music Video (1): $1,000+ 6 Month Creator Plan
  • JoggAI Team Pick (10): $200+ 1 Month Creator Plan

Note: Prizes are shared across TikTok and X. Each award category will have only one winner across platforms. For example, if the most viral TikTok reaches 15M views and the most viral X video reaches 12M views, the TikTok video will win the “Most Viral” category.

Prizes will be distributed via PayPal no later than October 31, 2025. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees (including currency conversion or transfer fees).

8. Intellectual Property

Entrants retain ownership of their submissions. By entering, participants grant JoggAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, repost, feature, and promote submissions (with credit) in connection with the Challenge and future promotional campaigns.

Winners must provide JoggAI with a high-resolution, watermark-free copy of their submission for official use.

9. Publicity

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, social media handle, likeness, avatar, voice, and content for promotional purposes by JoggAI without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

This Challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by TikTok or X. Participants understand they are providing information to JoggAI, not TikTok or X.

10. General Conditions & Liability

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. JoggAI is not responsible for:

  • Late, lost, or misdirected submissions.
  • Technical failures, outages, or errors on TikTok or X.
  • Misuse or misrepresentation of content by third parties.

Entrants release JoggAI, its affiliates, and partners from any liability related to participation or use of submissions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved individually by final and binding arbitration conducted in Singapore, and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
