JoggAI Video Production Queue Mechanism Explanation

I. Standard Waiting Time

 
The standard waiting time for videos in the production queue is 24 hours.
 

II. Plan and Priority Processing Rules

 
(1) Free Plan
If your account type is the Free Plan, the videos you submit will be processed after those of the Paid Plan, and the waiting time will follow the standard duration, which is 24 hours.
 
(2) Paid Plan
For paid plan users, we provide a certain degree of priority processing service. Each day, 2000 seconds of video processing time are reserved for paid plan users (if you are using a Team Plan, this quota will be allocated according to each seat). Videos within these 2000 seconds will be processed first. After this quota is used up, the processing time of the remaining paid videos may fluctuate, expected to be within 24 hours.
 

III. Video Pending Processing Status

 
(1) Queue and Diversion
After you submit a video, it will enter the production queue status. The system will assign the video to the priority queue or the regular queue for processing according to the plan type you use.
 
(2) Regular Queue Processing Time
Currently, the average processing time of the regular queue on weekdays is less than 24 hours. The processing time may be extended on weekends and public holidays, but will not exceed the standard waiting time of 24 hours.
The reference table below shows the average waiting time for daily video production within 2000 seconds.
 

 
Note that if the total video production time on a given day exceeds 2000 seconds, the average waiting time will be extended and the task is projected to be completed within 24 hours.
 

IV. Handling Methods for Excessively Long Processing Times

 
(1) Exhaustion of Priority Processing Quota
If you have used up the priority processing quota under the paid plan and you think the video waiting time is too long, you can contact our support team. When contacting, please be sure to provide the video ID so that our technicians can quickly view and handle your situation.
 
(2) Explanation of “Stuck” Status
It should be noted that if your video has been pending for less than 24 hours, we will consider this as a normal queue processing procedure and not as being “stuck”. In addition, if your video duration exceeds 2.5 minutes, as it occupies more processing resources and time, even if you are using a paid plan, it may still take longer to process. Please be patient.
