As AI video technology continues to advance, we’re updating our subscription model to better support the latest generation of AI models, including premium models like Seedance 2.0, while giving creators more flexibility and control over their workflows.
What’s Changing?
Starting on September 8, 2026, JoggAI will discontinue Unlimited video generation plans and introduce a new credit-based creation system.
This update includes two key changes:
Unlimited Video Generation Plans Will Be Discontinued
Unlimited video generation plans will no longer be available after this update.
The impact will vary depending on your current subscription type, and we’ll provide detailed information for each user group to help you understand what changes and what stays the same.
Updated Credit Consumption Rules
With the new credit-based system, credit consumption rules will be updated.
If you are currently subscribed to a paid JoggAI plan, your existing Credit consumption rules will remain unchanged.
What This Means for Existing Users
Existing Subscribers with Unlimited Video Creation Benefits
Your Unlimited Video Creation Benefit Is Protected, Your current Credit consumption rules will also remain unchanged.
This commercial update will not affect your existing Unlimited Video Creation benefit. As long as your current subscription remains active, you can continue enjoying Unlimited Video Creation as before.
Important note: if you cancel your current subscription, this legacy Unlimited benefit will no longer be available if you subscribe again in the future. If you are considering upgrading your current subscription, now is the best time to upgrade. Once the update takes effect, legacy plans will no longer be available for upgrades. For example, current Starter subscribers will not be able to upgrade to the existing Creator plan after the transition.

Continue creating videos with your existing workflow and enjoy uninterrupted access to Unlimited Video Creation.
Unchanged Credit Consumption Rules
Continue creating with the same Credit consumption rules as before. Your current Credit usage logic for generation will remain unchanged.

Your LTD benefits remain unchanged

This commercial update will not affect your LTD benefits. You will continue to enjoy your existing LTD access. For more details about LTD-exclusive benefits, please visit our JoggAI Subscription Update for LTD Members.
Existing subscribers and LTD members will continue using the legacy Credit system
If you are an existing subscriber or LTD member, the plans and Credit consumption rules shown in your account will remain based on the current system.
Your current Credit consumption logic for video generation will not change.
New users and users without an active subscription will see the updated plans and the new Credit consumption system after the transition.

1. How can existing users retain their current subscription benefits?
If you’d like to retain your current subscription benefits, please complete one of the following actions before the update takes effect on September 8, 2026:

Important note: Once you cancel your subscription, the original benefits cannot be restored. Any future subscription will follow the updated plan structure.
2. Will my previously purchased Add-on Credits be affected?
If you maintain your existing subscription: Your existing Add-on rules will remain unchanfed, and you can continue using them as before.
If you have unused Credits purchased under your previous subscription: Please contact our support team at support@jogg.ai, and we’ll help make sure you don’t lose access to what you’ve already purchased.
3. I’m interested in the current subscription plan—what’s the deadline to purchase?
If you’d like to lock in the current subscription plan and its benefits, now is the best time to subscribe. Please complete your purchase before September 8, 2026.
You will retain these benefits for as long as your subscription remains active. Once canceled, you will not be able to restore the old subscription plan.
4. Will LTD (Lifetime Deal) users be affected?
No. LTD users’ benefits are completely unaffected by this update. All your existing benefits and access will remain unchanged. Additionally, LTD users will receive one experience opportunity for each Premium model, exclusive BYOK support, and 50% lower Credit consumption on eligible models when purchasing additional Premium Credits.
5. I’ve already canceled my subscription—can I still restore the old benefits?
Yes — but timing matters.
If you canceled before the update (before September 8, 2026): You can still resubscribe to an eligible plan that includes Unlimited Video Creation before September 8. As long as you keep that subscription active going forward, you’ll retain the old benefits.
Important note: Once the update takes effect on September 8, if you cancel your subscription at any point afterward, you will lose access to the legacy benefits permanently. Any future resubscription will follow the new plan structure.
6. Can I still purchase the original subscription plan after the new plan launches?
No. Starting September 8, 2026, the original subscription plans will be discontinued. All new subscribers will follow the updated plan structure - with more flexible, credit-based options and access to the latest Premium models.
However, if you’re already subscribed to an existing plan: As long as you keep your subscription active without canceling, you will continue to enjoy your current plan benefits through each renewal cycle. Your subscription will automatically renew under the original plan terms — you won’t be forced to switch to the new structure.
7. I’m a free/trial user—how does this change affect me?
If you’re interested in trying out the current subscription plan and its benefits (including Unlimited Video Creation), you’re welcome to subscribe before September 8, 2026.
From that date onward, all new subscriptions will follow the new plan structure, which comes with more flexible, credit-based options and access to the latest Premium models.
